  Karen is absolutely talented-not only do her cakes look amazing, but they taste unlike anything you've ever had before. Hands down the best cake I've ever had! Her lavender cake with lemon custard and homemade rasberry filling is to DIE for.
  
  She was also SO easy to work with and made the cake part of planning a wedding absolutely seamless. She's so chill and personable-someone you could hang out with outside of a business relationship. I dont know what more you could want out of a pastry chef!

  Karen was one of the best best best experiences of our wedding..I was so lucky to find Karen over 5 years for our wedding and one of the main reasons I was so STRESS FREE for our cake with our wedding and so easy to work with. We had been to Simmas, Brookfield Cakes, Shaker Baker and she was the final and the $25 was such an awesome value compared to the "free" tastings that shouldn't even be called that. I have used her numerous times since for our most special occasions...and that is because her designs are special and worth every penny and the taste of the cakes, cupcakes are to die for. We ordered more than we needed by 75 people for our wedding because I wanted left-overs for the next days functions...and we literally had 10 pieces left...and our family, friends said they tried every flavor of cake...because it was so good. I brought my mother in law to the tasting and my groom wasn't able to make it but without me even asking Karen put together a box for Greg to taste and it was amazing how much she gave us...again so worth it. She is an amazing artist but also one of the easiest vendors, business owners I have had the pleasure of working with over all these years and will continue to work with.
